Subject: My terrible experience in my PE lesson

Dear Michelle,

How are you doing? I am happy to know you have changed your unhealthy lifestyle. I have changed my unhealthy habit too because
I had a terrible experience last week and I have learnt a lesson.

My eating habits were bad in the past because I liked ice cream and chocolate. I always ate too much junk food. I ate too many snacks
so I had a very bad eating habit. My family was worried about my eating habit very much.

I had a PE lesson last week. I had to run in my PE lesson. I felt exhausted because I did not eat any breakfast.
I ran so slowly because I was too hungry and tired. I fainted on the ground at last and my teacher called an ambulance.
My mother came to my school immediately. I was sent to the hospital. My mother felt worried about me.
The doctor helped me do a medical check-up in the hospital. The doctor said I should have a balanced diet and exercise daily.
I should not eat too much junk food. I learnt I should not eat too much junk food or skip my breakfast.

I took the advice seriously. Now I become healthier and fitter. I eat plenty of vegetables and fruit. I eat more grains and vegetables.
Maybe we can do exercise together and eat more vegetables every day.

My First Visit to Cyber City

Last night, I had an interesting dream. In my dream, I saw a light flashing. Suddenly, I was sucked in a tunnel and fainted.
After I woke up, I was in Cyber City. I felt amazed because it was my first time to Cyber City. I saw robots, aliens with pointed tentacles
and a food stall. I saw spaceships, a floating traffic light and a flying motorbike in the sky. I felt amazed. Robots, aliens and spacemen lived there.
The aliens had pointed tentacles and pointed ears. They looked strange.

I was outside Cyber Primary School. I saw a robot lying on the grass in front of the school. He asked me for help and he looked in pain.
The robot lay on the floor because it was out of power.

I took the robot to the hospital by my motorbike. It was repaired because a doctor helped him change its batteries. It was time to go to school
but my alarm clock was broken. I woke up by my mom at last. I felt happy when I knew that it was just a dream.
